Nectarine Barbecued Cornish Hen image

Mildly sweet and tangy, nectarine sauce is especially good with grilled poultry or pork. It adheres nicely to Cornish hens, adding more flavor to every bite. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
