2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced serrano chili pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons honey
6 cups sliced napa cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • In small bowl, whisk together ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and honey.
  • In large bowl combine vegetables. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
