This is a cheesy dip that is great over nachos. I put it in a fondue pot for a build your own nachos party. Big plus..it doesn't use Velveeta for those that aren't fans. It is also a great base for mac and cheese.

Steps:
- Melt butter.
- Saute onions until caramelized.
- Add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add milk and cheese and stir frequently until melted, about 15 minutes.
