MUSTARD SAUCE - AUNT ADDIE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 heaping t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
2 1/2 T. sugar
2 T. water
4 T. vinegar
1 T butter
2 beaten eggs

Steps:

  • Mix first set ingredients together. Add beaten eggs and beating constantly cook over hot water until quite thick. Strain if necessary. Thin with cream
