Mustard-Mascarpone Bruschetta image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup mascarpone
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk 1/2 cup mascarpone, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, and 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on crusty bread.
