Mushroom Cheese Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounces Muenster cheese finely shredded (about 2 cups)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, wine and parsley set aside.In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms in butter or margarine for 3 minutes or until limp. Stir in cheese mixture. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir until cheese melts (do not boil).Serve with Chicken and Ham Pinwheels or over mixed vegetables.
