MUSHROOM BRANDY CREAM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Onions, chopped
Mushrooms, chopped
Brandy
Cream (or Half&Half)
Brown Sugar
Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Butter

Steps:

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add Brandy and Brown Sugar. Stir until sugar carmelizes. Add cream and a little vinegar. Add salt & Pepper to taste. Stir well.
