Number Of Ingredients 4

1 c. Multi-Whole-Grain Pancake Mix
1 c. milk or water
1 egg
1 T. liquid or melted fat (oil)

Steps:

  • Measure dry mix into 4-cup measuring cup. Add milk or water, egg, and oil. Mix only until dry ingredients are evenly moist. Add more milk or water if needed to make batter consistency. Fry on griddle. Serve with butter, syrup, applesauce, etc.
