My hubby tries to buy us healthy foods, for what ever reason he though Farina would make a hit in our house, needless to say it did not, rather than wasting it I found a muffin recipe using farina.

Steps:
- Pre heat over 400 degrees, line a muffin pan with paper baking cups spray them with pam
- In large bowl, combine flour, farina, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mix, Add milk, oil, and egg, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fill prepared muffin cups 1/2 way, add choco chips to 6 of them and strawberries to the remaining 6, fill to the top, adding a few chips or strawberries on top.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are light golden brown.
