This cocktail is a nod to Muay Thai kickboxing, but it packs only a mild punch. It calls for SangSom Thai rum, a slightly fruity, lightly spiced spirit that's credited with rarely causing hangovers -- good news if you go a few rounds!

Steps:
- Combine the Thai rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, blackstrap rum, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a short ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with orange and lime wedges.

- Heat equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
