Steps:
- 1. Place onion in a slow cooker 2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side in the oil. Place the chicken on top of the onion in the slow cooker. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and ginger. Pour it over the chicken, cover, and cook on High for 1 hour. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 - 6 hours. 4. When ready to serve, shred the chicken in the cooker with a fork. Heat the tortillas. 5.Top each tortilla with cabbage, chicken mixture and green onion. Roll the tortilla and serve.
