This is one of my favorite recipes. Since I prefer dumplings without chicken, Nanny always uses the chicken from cooking dumplings to make this chicken casserole!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375.
- 2. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together can of soup and sour cream.
- 4. Pour over chicken.
- 5. Crumble sleeve of Ritz crackers and spread over chicken and soup mixture.
- 6. Melt butter and pour evenly over top of casserole.
- 7. Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 30-45 minutes).
