Mother's Little Angel Cake image

We're just saying: This fluffy cake would be great for a baby shower. Or a bridal shower. Or any occasion that calls for yummy cake, really.

1 pkg. prepared round angel food cake (10 inch)
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup halved strawberries

Steps:

  • Place cake on serving plate.
  • Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Decorate top of cake with strawberries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
