Mother- in-laws Recipe image

My Mother in law passed away and left her recipes with my husband and i will be posting a lot more later.

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 - t. spoon granulated sugar
6 - t. spoon packed brown sugar
1 - egg
1/2 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
1 C.& 2 T. - flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 cup(s) chocolate chips semi-sweet

Steps:

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
  • Cream Crisco,sugar,brown sugar,egg & vanilla in large bowl. Combine flour,salt, & baking soda. Blend into creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, Drop by T. onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake @ 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Cool about 1 minute.
