This is a Anderson side of the family everyday favorite dish,I grew up on this pasta dish and so will my kids. haven't met anyone who doesnt like it. Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 oz mostaccioli noodles
1 lb ground beef or turkey (drained)
1/3 c chopped onions
1/4 c sliced black olives
1/4 c chopped green peppers
1 can(s) 10.5 oz can of meat pasta sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 can(s) 4oz of sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c shredded cheese of your choice

Steps:

  • 1. Boil the noodles according to the package directions. drain and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprinkle with olive oil so noodles dont stick.
  • 2. Pre-heat oven to *350. on the stove top, brown beef or turkey, drain off grease. return to pan. add onions,peppers,mushrooms and sauce. Stir and pour onto pasta.
  • 3. cover with tinfoil or lid and Bake for 45 min at *350 and for the last 5 mins remove from oven and sprinkle cheese of your choice, and return to oven for 5 min or til melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad, Enjoy.
