Steps:
- 1. Saute potatoes, ham, and onion in oil for approximately 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Beat eggs and seasoning together. Add to mixture in skillet. Stir occasionally, until the eggs are set. Remove from heat and gently stir in cheese. Spoon onto plates or serving platter. Serve with toast.
