Steps:
- 1. Season the steaks to taste with salt and pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Grill to preferred temperature. Let rest 5 minutes. 2. Whisk together salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp garlic powder, vinegar and olive oil to make dressing. 3. In each large salad bowl put a fourth of the arugula, cherry tomatoes and toss in dressing. Slice the steaks on the bias and place on top of salad. 4. Top with croutons.
