FLATIRON STEAK SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 6 oz Flat Iron Steaks
1 lb arugula
16 oz Gluten-free croutons
1 pint Cherry tomatoes
Taste Salt and pepper
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 oz Balsamic vinegar
6 oz Extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Season the steaks to taste with salt and pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Grill to preferred temperature. Let rest 5 minutes. 2. Whisk together salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp garlic powder, vinegar and olive oil to make dressing. 3. In each large salad bowl put a fourth of the arugula, cherry tomatoes and toss in dressing. Slice the steaks on the bias and place on top of salad. 4. Top with croutons.
