MONGOLIAN PORK CHOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 15

6 Center cut double pork chops
Marinade
1 cup hoisin sauce
1 T. sugar
1 l/2 T. tamari soy sauce
1 l/2 T. sherry vinegar
1 l/2 T. rice vinegar
1 scallion, minced
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
l 1/2 tsp. black bean chile sauce
l 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
l 1/2 T. minced garlic
l/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
l/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 T. sesame oil

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix well. Coat the pork chops and put into plastic bags and marinate for 3 hours or overnight. Grill chops
