Steps:
- Meatballs Combine beef, egg, cornflakes, water, onion, salt and pepper. Mix to combine well. Form mixture into walnut sized balls and saute in oil over medium heat, turning once. Drain thoroughly. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large pot and mix completely. Add meatballs. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for one hour. Stir occassionally to avoiding burning. Eat and enjoy!
