Steps:
- 1. Boil turkey giblets in seasoned water (with celery, onions and carrots to make stock). Remove giblets and chop. 2. Saute onions, celery, mushrooms in margarine. 3. In large Dutch oven or bowl, add celery/margarine mixture, giblets, breadcrumbs and enough stock to moisten (couple of cups- use package directions as guide). If not enough turkey stock use additional chicken broth. Mix. 4. May put away at this point until ready to stuff the turkey. Do not stuff turkey until you are ready to put the bird in the oven.
