1 cup(s) crisco shortening
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 - eggs
2 3/4 cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together, mix well. Refrigerate dough overnight to firm it up.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 13 minutes.
