Mom's Sausage Cheese Balls image

My mom makes these all the time for game day for my dad to take with him when going to watch a game. She recently gave me her super-secret-easy recipe and told me to add my spin on it (I always use a little extra cheese and Worcestershire sauce). They are the perfect appetizer and sometimes a meal since they are about 2 inches...

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg jimmy dean mild sausage roll
1 pkg jimmy dean hot sausage roll
1 1/2 c bisquick
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. While oven is preheating, mix all ingredients well.
  • 2. Roll into 2-inch balls and place them side by side in a round pizza pan or on a sheet pan.
  • 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy.
