Steps:
- 1. In 8 cup pyrex, blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in milk, mixing well. Microwave on high 10-12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, until mixture is smooth, thickened and clear. 2. Stir a small amount of hot pudding quickly into egg to temper. Return egg mixture to hot pudding, mixing well. Stir in raisins. Microwave on medium high 1-3 minutes, until smooth and thickened. 3. Add butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until butter is melted. Stir in rice and mix well. Refrigerate until set.
