MOM'S PISTACHIO CAKE image

Cake:
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
2 pkgs. Royal instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 pkg pistachio pudding
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Mix cake ingredients until well blended. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour. Cool upside down. When cool, frost cake. Frosting: whip milk, pkg of pudding and whipping cream together until light and creamy.
