MOM'S PEPSI PORK CHOPS
This is mouth-watering tender and the "gravy" in the pan is wonderful served over potatoes. Add a little over the chops as well. A family favorite!

Steps:
- 1. Lightly brown pork chops in skillet.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk 1 can of Pepsi with 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup.
- 3. Place chops in 9 x 13 pan and pour over pepsi mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 4. After about 30 minutes in the oven, make the gravy mix according to package directions and pour over chops. Makes a wonderful mushroom gravy for mashed potatoes!
