Steps:
- MEAT Rub 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon course ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper on pork. Put pork in bag and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pork, basting with wine evey 10-15 mins. Remove pork once internal temperature is 160 degrees. SAUCE Reduce whipping cream over medium heat to 1 1/4 cups without boiling (about 30 mins.) Add 1/4 cup mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and white pepper, turn heat down and stir.
