*** Mom's Mashed Potato Salad *** image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 medium potatoes, pared
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 cup(s) sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped
4 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoon(s) pimento, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook potatoes. Drain & mash.
  • In large bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, celery salt, pepper; mix well. Stir in mashed potatoes, pickles, celery & onion; mix well. Fold in eggs & pimento; mix well.
