MOM'S HOT POTATO SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 large potatoes
1 small block (8 oz) Velveeta, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup onion (if desired)
6 slices raw bacon, cut into pieces

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes until soft. Peel when cool enough to handle, but still warm, and cut into cubes. Mix mayonnaise, onion, and cheese with potatoes & put into 13x9 pan. Top with bacon. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
