Mom's Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs image

We always had chickens growing up so we had an abundance of fresh eggs. I loved the scrambled eggs my mom made but it was mostly in the technique that made them so good. By cooking them this way gives them a light cloud like texture and they just melt in your mouth. I can never order scrambled eggs in a restaurant because they are always over cooked to me and know seems to know how to make them this way also, the secret ingredient Miracle Whip gives it a sweet, tangy and creamy taste. Try it.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 large farm fresh eggs
1 tablespoon(s) half and half cream
1 tablespoon(s) bacon grease
- salt and pepper
2 tablespoon(s) miracle whip (secret ingredient)

Steps:

  • Whisk the eggs with the half and half until well incorporated and airy about 2 minutes.
  • Place the bacon grease in a pan and let it melt over high heat. Pour in the eggs and whisk constantly until they begin to set it will get lumpy. Remove from heat and continue to whisk until all is set but still wet looking.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir in Miracle whip.
