Mom's Easy Apple Cake image

When I bake this cake for special occasions, it is always a hit. Easy to prepare, and full of flavor and sweetness. An added bonus: Your home will smell AMAZING after baking this yummy treat!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c melted butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 can(s) apple pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Beat: 2 eggs, oil, butter, and sugar. Set aside.
  • 2. Sift: flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • 3. Add slowly to egg mixture.
  • 4. Mix 1 can Apple Pie Filling to batter.
  • 5. Pour batter into greased and floured 9X13 pan.
  • 6. Bake at 345 for 35-40 minutes.
