MOM'S CRANBERRY SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb cranberries (2 3/4 cup)
1 cup sugar
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
l lb miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Put cranberries in blender and chop. Add sugar to chopped cranberries and let sit for 30 - 60 minutes. Add all the other ingredients together. You may wish to use fewer marshmallows than the recipe states (i.e., 1/2 bag, rather than the full bag).
