Steps:
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients well. Store in a tightly sealed plastic bag til needed, then put in saucepan; slowly add water and butter. Blend well over low heat.
- 2. Stir over low-medium heat until mixture thickens, and boiling begins. Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm or cold.
