Steps:
- Cream margarine,sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add cocoa and blend well. Add sour milk and blend well. (To make sour milk, put 2 T vinegar in cup, and fill to 1 cup line with milk. Let stand 5 minutes.) Add flour, soda and vanilla. Blend well. Pour in hot water or coffee and blend. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: adding coffee gives the cake a rich flavor and wonderful aroma.
