Steps:
- I also use poultry seasoning, just enough as Mom used to say. Some use cooked giblets in it too but I don't like them. Used too put it in the neck cavity, but a lot of them cut the skin off now. Just mix things together until they look and smell okay. Good luck. I use a little hot water at first to melt the butter and soften the crumbs. I'm sure yours will come out good. (Note: I use hot broth to mix everything upand to melt the butter and equal amounts of sage and poultry seasoning. I double the recipe to stuff a turkey). Love you, Mom
