Moist Meatloaf image

Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 1/4 pound(s) lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup(s) italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) ranch dressing
2 slice(s) american or any preferred cheese
1 can(s) canned or fresh mushrooms
2 pinch(es) garlic powder
2 pinch(es) salt
2 pinch(es) black pepper
1/2 - onion ,if preferred
2 to 3 tablespoon(s) barbecue sauce
1 - egg to mix within the beef mixture

Steps:

  • Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.
  • The oven should be on 375.
  • Cook for about 45 minutes
