1/3 cup cold water
1/2 cup dry milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 -4 tablespoons granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Mix water and dry milk and chill thoroughly.
  • Whip to form peaks.
  • Add lemon juice and continue whipping to form high peaks.
  • Beat in sugar.
