Mock Sparkling Sangria image

Enjoy this sangria made using cranberry and lemon juice - a cool and refreshing drink.

1 (12-oz.) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups (24 oz.) club soda, chilled
1 orange, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In large nonmetal pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, water, orange juice and lemon juice; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
  • To serve, gently stir in club soda and orange slices.
