Steps:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix (regular or sugar-free), on low speed for 2 minutes. Beat in the sugar (or sweetener), nutmeg, vanilla, and salt (if using).
- 2. In another mixing bowl, beat cream, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir into pudding mixture. Refrigerate, until serving.
- 3. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired. Makes 2 1/2 quarts, about 10 servings.
