Mock Devonshire Cream image

This a very easy recipe that taste wonderful with your favorite scones.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 c heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Place cream cheese in mixer and blend until creamy.
  • 2. Add whipping cream, sugar (may add more sugar to taste) and vanilla.
  • 3. Whip until thick fluffy teture. About 5-6 minutes on medium.
