1 packet CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate High Protein Powder Drink Mix
¾ cup cold 2% milk
½ cup cold strong brewed coffee
8 ice cubes
¼ cup oats

Steps:

  • Place chocolate drink mix, milk, coffee, ice cubes, and oats in a blender pitcher. Run blender on smoothie cycle or liquefy for 20 to 30 seconds.
