Steps:
- Sift first 4 ingredients together into a large bowl; stir in dried fruit and brown sugar. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine yogurt and oil; add to flour mixture and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degs for 18 mins. Remove from pans immediately and let cool on wire rack.
