Don't overdo the framboise, otherwise the drink will be syrupy. The drink should be fairly translucent.
INGREDIENTS:
o 1-1/2 ounces framboise
o 10 -1/2 ounces sparkling wine

Steps:

  • Pour the framboise into a goblet. Add the sparkling wine slowly for a layered effect. Stir just before drinking.
