Number Of Ingredients 13

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans in a pouch with butter sauce
2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans condensed beef broth
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can whole tomato, undrained, cut up
1 cup water
2 ounces uncooked vermicelli, broken into pieces (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
dash , ground red pepper flake, (cayenne)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and zucchini cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender.2. Remove frozen lima beans from pouch add to cooked vegetables. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
