Amish Sour Cream Cornbread Recipe - (4.3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
2 1/2 TBS sugar
1 egg. beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
2 TBS butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
4 TBS milk

Steps:

  • Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg,sour cream,milk and butter Beat well. Pour into greased 9" loaf pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min
