Steps:
- Pop the popcorn, remove any leftover kernels and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows and butter in a small pan over low heat on the stove. Continuously stir until the mixture is completely melted.
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the marshmallow mixture and stir until fully mixed.
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated.
- Mix in ½ cup of sprinkles.
- Use an ice cream scoop, sprayed with cooking spray, to scoop up popcorn balls. Place on a piece of parchment paper and add half of a paper straw in the center of each popcorn ball.
- Allow the popcorn balls to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
