12 oz milk chocolate
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
4 large egg yolks
strawberries and raspberries for serving

Steps:

  • Place chocolate in blender. Bring cream to simmer. Pour over chocolate, blend until smooth. Blend in vanilla and salt. add yolks. blend well. Divide into 4 serving dishes. Freeze 30 minutes, refrigerate 30 minutes, garnish with berries and serve.
