1 ripe banana
3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon raisins
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug. Add oats, almond butter, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mug; mix well to combine. Heat in microwave on high until cooked through, about 1 minute.
