2 1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/3 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated Meyer lemon zest

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, cream, sugar, corn syrup and lemon juice and zest.
