Mexican Tater Tot Pie image

A twist on the MN staple - tater tot hot dish!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 flour tortillas (taco size)
1 can(s) chili
1 can(s) refried beans
1 c mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 bag(s) tater tots

Steps:

  • 1. Line pie pan with tortillas. Spread beans, then cheese and cover with chili.
  • 2. Layer top with tater tots. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
