Mexican Mocha Mix image

I know Christmas is over , but start thinking about making this for Valentines for friends that love hot chocolate. I made this as gifts to give away. Someone is always having a birthday or how about taking it to the office and sharing it with your co-workers.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/3 c non-fat dry milk
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c instant expresso powder or instant coffee granules or crystals
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice, ground
STIR-INS
crushed almond toffee or finely chopped chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon mix into decorative jar or tin. Place stir-in options in separate small plastic bags; attach to coffee mix container.
  • 2. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup of mix into mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Stir in crushed candy or chocolate.
